Made-to-order handling

Our Ninja POD apparel is made to order. Production and handling happen before your package is handed to the carrier and are separate from carrier transit time. We do not promise a dispatch date. Contact sales@nitroswag.com before ordering if you need an item for a specific occasion.

Transit and delivery estimates

Transit time begins when the carrier receives your package, not when you place your order. Total delivery time includes production and carrier transit. Any carrier transit estimate excludes production time and is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Numeric production and transit estimates are not currently published while supplier timing is being confirmed.

Regional shipping charges

For products fulfilled through Ninja POD, the configured shipping charge is $7.95 USD for the contiguous United States and $13.99 USD for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Your applicable shipping total is shown at checkout.

Orders with multiple suppliers

Items fulfilled by different suppliers may ship separately and arrive at different times. Applicable shipping charges may be combined at checkout for orders containing products from different shipping profiles. The Ninja POD charges above are not a flat shipping price for every mixed-supplier order. Free-shipping offers for other products do not automatically apply to Ninja POD products.

Order tracking

After dispatch, when tracking has been added and a shipping confirmation has been sent, the tracking link is available in your shipping confirmation email and on your order status page. Separate shipments may have separate tracking links. Tracking information and carrier delivery estimates may update as your package travels.
